By example, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) has targeted the Ingleside property for the future expension of Trident Hospital. The 18,ooo sf Charleston Oral & Facial Surgery building was completed in 2019. The property is located on Zeppelin Drive directly adjacent to the Mosby Ingleside Multi-Family project. The Charleston Oral & Facial Surgery building is the first medical office facility on Ingleside and it’s presence increases the community’s medical care capabilities.
Roper St. Francis Healthcare (Completed 2019)
Just up Palmetto Commerce Parkway from Ingleside, Roper St. Francis Healthcare has two facilities: They provide data records as well as medical administration services for Roper St. Francis and Roper St.Francis’ facilities. The two facilities total approximately 150,000 sf and are in close proximity to their many other locations in the Charleston MSA.
Hospital Corporation of America (Completion 2023)
Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) purchased a 15-acre property in 2018 and will likely begin construction in 2022. HCA will broaden Ingleside’s medical care with the construction of a 50 bed behavioural health facility in the center of the property.
