The Lively Indigo Run is a new construction apartment community with 304 units. This is a 4-story elevator served, surface parked project completed in 2018. Weber USA invested and developed this as part of a joint venture project with Orange Capital. The project recently sold for $51.5 million, or $170,530 a key to PEM (Professional Equity Management) Real Estate Group.

Mosby Poinsett is a new apartment community with 288 units in Northern Greenville, SC, near Furman University. This garden apartment project features a three (3) story walk-up construction with surface parking on approximately 18 acres of highland. Weber USA invested and developed this ground up construction project as part of a joint venture with Middleburg Real Estate Partners.

Mosby Ingleside is a new apartment community with 312 units in North Charleston, SC. This garden apartment project features a three (3) story walk-up construction with surface parking on approximately 19 acres of highland. Weber USA invested and developed this ground up construction project as part of a joint venture with Middleburg Real Estate Partners.

The Multi-Family project is a 328-unit apartment community in Franklin, Tennesse. Mosby Cool Springs finished it’s construction in 2018, offering studio, 1, and 2 bedroom Franklin TN apartments in a pet friendly and smoke free community. Weber USA invested and developed this ground up construction project as part of a joint venture with Middleburg Real Estate Partners.

Oklahoma City Proton Center, Oklahoma City, OK
The Oklahoma City Proton Center is a 90,000 sf cancer treatment center located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The business was purchased by Weber USA and its partners out of bankruptcy and offers special cancer treatment to residents of the mid-west . The project is a joint venture between Weber Ventures LLC and a consortium of local investors and industry experts.
297 Seven Farms Drive, Daniel Island, SC
This project is a three (3) story, elevator-served 27,000 SF Class “A” office condominium development located in the heart of Daniel Island, SC. Weber USA invested and developed this as part of a joint venture project with SL Shaw Development. The project was completed in 2019.
Lady of the House, Detroit, MI
The Lady of the House is an operational restaurant in the center of Detroit. Weber renovated and invested in the project in 2016 as part of a joint venture. Since 2017, the restaurant on the corner of Bagley St and Trumbull Ave has provided it’s visitors with an enriched and flavourous cuisine and has established itself as one of Detroit’s Top 40 restaurants (Source: Tripadvisor, February 2020).
PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Newbrook apartments, Charleston, SC
Newbrook Apartments is currently under construction in the Point Hope masterplanned development, located off of Clements Ferry Road in Charleston, South Carolina. Construction of the 264-unit project is set to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2020. Weber USA invested and developed this as part of a joint venture project with Woodfield Development.
Bellary Flats, Goose Creek, SC
Bellary Flats is a Multi-Family project featuring a Class-A, three (3) story walk-up construction within Carnes Crossroad masterplanned community. The project is currently under construction and when finished, the project will offer 264 units, spread over the 15.61 acre property. Weber USA invested and developed this as part of a joint venture project with Woodfield Development. The construction is set to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2021.
Morrison Yard, Charleston, SC
Morrison Yard is a true multi-use project located on 4.6 acres in the heart of Downtown Charleston. When completed the 9-story project will contain 380 residential units and 25,000 sf of retail as well as a parking garage. The project is currently under construction and will be finished in 2023.
Reston Apartments, Reston, VA
The project is a 308-unit apartment development located in Reston, Virginia just outside of Washington DC. The property will feature a two-story lobby, a rooftop pool, sky lounge, private dining room, and a two-story fitness center. The construction of the seven-story apartment complex has already begun. The first units are expected to be delivered by the spring of 2021. Weber USA invested and develops this project as part of a joint venture with Woodfield Development.
Porthouse, Daniel ISLAND, SC
Weber USA invested and develops this project as part of a joint venture with Woodfield Development. The project will feature a 254-unit Multi-Family apartment community on Daniel Island, directly adjacent to I-526. Construction is set to begin in March 2020 and the project will be completed in September 2021.
