Retail Projects within Ingleside

Charleston Town Center - 30,000 SF (Completion 2022)

The Charleston Town Center is a multi-phase retail project that will be developed by the Atlas Development Group. The project is located on a 7 acre parcel on Palmetto Commerce Parkway. The shopping center will share an entrance with the Broadstone Multi-Family project both which will be completed in 2022. This is the first retail project in Ingleside with more to come.
